2nd Annual Spine Rodeo Conference

This conference will provide a focused review of contemporary management strategies for complex spinal pathology. Participants will examine decision-making in complex spinal trauma, comparing conservative and operative approaches with attention to injury patterns, neurologic status, surgical timing, and expected functional outcomes. Emphasis will be placed on evidence-based, patient-specific treatment planning in high-acuity settings.
The program will also address the prevention and management of adjacent-segment disease and spinal kyphosis. Faculty will review contributing biomechanical and clinical factors, strategies to optimize alignment and fusion planning, and both nonoperative and revision surgical options to improve long-term durability and patient outcomes.
In addition, the conference will compare treatment strategies for degenerative cervical and lumbar conditions, including nonoperative care, traditional open procedures, and minimally invasive techniques. Discussion will focus on appropriate patient selection, technical considerations, and comparative outcomes to support high-quality, patient-centered spine care.
