DESCRIPTION:K scholars and T32 trainees will compete for up to $500 in the annual T1-T4 in 3 Minutes Translational Challenge\, hosted by the Center for Clinical and Translational Sciences at UTHealth Houston\, in the Fifth Floor Gallery of the Medical School Building. Each participant will have three minutes to present their research in layman’s language and will be scored on their ability to communicate with non-scientific audiences. Winners will advance to compete at the annual meeting of the Texas Regional CTSA Consortium in September.
