Dr. Gould is a clinical coronary physiologist and cardiologist who pioneered the discovery, reporting, and development of of over 53 years of fundamental concepts in coronary pathophysiology and translated them into the core knowledge of current clinical coronary pathophysiology to guide management of CAD. His studies of coronary stenosis established the basis for and evolved to clinical proof and now wide application and now wide application comprising the comprehensive knowledge base of current clinical coronary pathophysiology used in cardiology world-wide.
