Snoring and Sleep Apnea. Is there anything beyond CPAP?

Snoring and obstructive sleep apnea are common in the United States. Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP), has been front line therapy for the management of this problem, however for multiple reasons people are unable to tolerate or unwilling to use it. Even among people who use it, there has been poor adherence to this therapy. The good news is that there are alternatives to improve tolerance to CPAP and other treatment options for people who cannot tolerate this type of therapy at all. We will discuss several of those options, including newer alternatives
