Virtual Lunch and Learn

Join the UTHealth SPH Nourish Program for a virtual cooking class that will show you how to build a plant based, nourishing meal utilizing seasonal produce. You will learn how to roast vegetables, cook whole grains and make a vinaigrette to complement the ingredients. Join us from the comfort of your office or cook along in your home kitchen! This event is free and open to UTHealth system faculty and staff.
