The Center for Healthcare Quality and Safety team helps UT Physicians assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement through the use of dashboards. Currently, the Center for Healthcare Quality and Safety populates and distributes several dashboards on a regular basis.
The Service Quality Dashboard presents UTP patient satisfaction and call center performance data to physician leaders on a monthly basis. UTP contracts with Press Ganey, a leading patient satisfaction measurement company to survey our patients on their experiences in our clinics. In addition to displaying UTP patient satisfaction data, the dashboard presents data from all other Press Ganey participants, enabling quick comparison of our performance. This dashboard was designed to promote engagement among physician leadership and compliments patient satisfaction improvement efforts on the front line led by our patient satisfaction team.
