“Resection and replacement of thoracic aortic graft infections” set as a JTCVS Featured Article

TAGIHarleen Sandhu, MD, MPH Associate Professor and Director of Clinical Research and Development with the Department of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery at McGovern Medical School, has recently been featured in the Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery (JTCVS), highlighted as the featured article for adult cardiac articles.  In the latest issue of the JTCVS, developed by the American Association of Thoracic Surgery, the article, “Resection and replacement of thoracic aortic graft infections,” reviewed their “22 year experience using TAGI with extensive debridement, graft replacement, vascularized tissue coverage, and aggressive antibiotics.”.
