The department of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery at the McGovern Medical School have been preparing for the 41st Annual Southern Association for Vascular Surgery Meeting, being held January 18th – 21st in Naples, Florida. Here, our research team will be presenting on: Determinants and Outcomes of Non-operative Management of Blunt Traumatic Aortic Injuries with Dr. Ali Azizzadeh as the Senior Author, Dr. Harleen Sandhu as the Lead Author, and Samuel Leonard will be the plenary presenter.

In addition to this key presentation, the McGovern Medical School team was also invited to present their experience with complex cases to colleagues and peers from institutions all over the U.S. Presentation topics including:
