“One of the biggest challenges for me has been dealing with imposter syndrome in medical school. With being the first in my family to go through this medical journey, it can be sometimes daunting. There are many things that I do to try to overcome this feeling though, including reaching out to family, friends, and mentors for guidance, as well as participating in service activities to remind myself of my purpose in medicine.”
