Sheila M. Coogan, MD

Biography

Dr. Coogan is a Minimally Invasive Vascular Specialist. She specializes in treating venous disease at her Vein Clinic in Bellaire, and helps patients combat arterial disease at the Memorial City Location.  She has published numerous articles, chapters and abstracts on vascular surgery. She has participated in 9 research trials that have investigated improvement of vascular surgery techniques and use of new devices.
