- Identify common clinical clues (family history, imaging findings, hypertension) that should raise suspicion for ADPKD in everyday clinic or inpatient settings.
- Recall how to manage patients with suspected or confirmed ADPKD complications using practical first-line steps, including blood pressure goals, medication choices, and appropriate monitoring of complications.
- Determine when to refer patients with ADPKD to nephrology for further workup, genetic counseling, and consideration of advanced therapies or clinical trials.
