McGovern Center kicks-off 10th Anniversary celebration

In 2004, the McGovern Center for Humanities and Ethics was formed to provide meaningful educational opportunities to faculty and students of UTHealth. Since its founding, the Center has developed a Program in Medical Humanities and Ethics, offered interprofessional activities through its Campus-Wide Ethics Program and elective courses, and hosted conferences, workshops, and esteemed guest speakers.

In commemoration of the 10th anniversary, the McGovern Center has planned a year-long celebration featuring guest speakers, workshops, and more. To kick-off the year, the Center hosted a breakfast that brought together colleagues from within the Center and all UTHealth schools as we look forward to the next ten years.
