Center faculty members Nathan Carlin, Ph.D., and Rebecca Lunstroth, J.D., were accepted to present at the 5th Annual Conference on Medicine and Religion. The conference will be held at the J. W. Marriott Hotel in the Galleria area from Friday, March 4 through Sunday, March 6, 2016. This year’s conference theme is “Approaching the Sacred: Science, Health, and Practices of Care.” Early registration is currently available.
Dr. Carlin will present “Bioethics and Theology: A Pastoral Perspective,” and Ms. Lunstroth will present a workshop based on the Center’s Sacred Vocation Program alongside Sylvia Villarreal, M.Ed., M.P.H. who currently manages the program.
