Jessica Wise is a pre-doctoral fellow with the McGovern Center and supports the educational activities comprising Healthcare Policy for Health Professionals, the university’s Quality Enhancement Plan. Ms. Wise holds a master’s degree in public health and is a PhD candidate at the UTHealth School of Public Health in Health Economics and Health Services Research.
