Biography

After graduating with Honors from the University of California at Berkeley, Dr. Khare went on to medical school at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. She completed her intern year and neurology residency in 2010 at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at Houston. During her neurology residency, she served as a Chief Neurology Resident. She went on to complete 2 years of neurophysiology fellowship (focus in Epilepsy) at University of Texas Health Sciences Center at Houston and Houston Methodist Hospital in 2011 and 2012, respectively.

Dr. Khare is a firm believer of treating her patients like family. Her own interests in neurology stem from family members that suffered from neurologic conditions. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She likes to stay active through hiking and dancing/Zumba. She is an avid sports fan and loves the movies.
