The Benefits Annual Enrollment period for the upcoming plan year will be July 15 – 31. The new plan year will begin Sept. 1, 2014. During the enrollment period, you can make changes to your benefits, add or remove dependents, or re-enroll in UT Flex online at www.utsystem.edu/myutbenefits.

You will receive your UT Benefits Enrollment Option letter by email from the UT System Office of Employee Benefits on or before July 15.

Your UT Benefits Enrollment Option letter contains your current coverage information, your benefit options for the new plan year, hyperlinks to the My UT Benefits website, and your electronic annual enrollment packet.

You can use your UTHealth username and password to log into the My UT Benefits website to make your benefits selections for the new plan year.

If you are enrolled in UT Flex, you MUST make an election for the flex medical and dependent day care plan during annual enrollment for plan year 2014-2015. Your current UT flex election(s) will not automatically carry forward into the new plan year.

If you take no action by midnight CT on July 31, 2014, your current coverage – except for UT Flex – will automatically carry over into the new plan year.
