Houston technology centerUTHealth and the Houston Technology Center will collaborate to present life science commercialization workshops. The discussions will be led by experienced start-up CEOs and founders and will map the commercialization pathway from establishing a business plan and building a board to recruiting advisors and raising capital.

The second session, “The Commercialization Pathway – The Business Plan” will be moderated by Deborah Mansfield, director, Life Sciences Program at Houston Technology Center. It will be held 9:30-11 a.m., Dec. 8 at MSB 2.135. Panelists will include Gray Hancock, co-founder and chief operating officer Decision Health, Inc.; Keith Kreuer, principal RedHouse Associates; and Chris Melson, president, Netsurion.
