Find unique gifts and art for personal pleasure at the eleventh annual Art Wall Silent Auction the week of February 6-9, 2017. All proceeds from the auction will benefit the Organization of Faculty Wives & Women Faculty Doris Simon Student Scholarship Fund.
Twenty pieces of art by 17 artists will be available for bidding, including watercolors, computer compositions, mixed media, collage, aluminum prints, and photography. Art has been donated by previous exhibitors of the Art Wall project. Take advantage of this opportunity to contribute much-needed funding for medical school student scholarships.
Included in the offerings will be work by three popular artists who have generously contributed to every Art Wall auction: watercolor by Patty Browning; color pencil sketches by Philip Chang; and computer compositions by Eugenia Mileykovskaya. Two faculty wives have generously contributed to the fundraiser this year (Donna Buja’s digital print, and Lynne Arnett’s collage print). Dr. Rita Swinford also will provide one of her popular photographs. There are some new artists represented with bold new pieces.
