In my role as director of the Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship program, and as an associate professor of pediatric emergency medicine, my efforts are concerning fellow and resident education, educational scholarship and simulation.

My aims in all activities are:

-To provide ideal educational leadership
-To teach in an interactive way
-Serve as an actively engaged mentor to learners
-Disseminate educational scholarly work
