Dr. James Barton Kendrick is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston.

Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, Dr. Kendrick specializes in General Orthopedics with an emphasis in Total Joint Arthroplasty.

Dr. Kendrick received his undergraduate degree from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama. He attended medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, where he went on to complete his internship and Orthopedic Surgery residency.

Dr. Kendrick is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the Texas Orthopedic Association.
