Biography

Dr. Jonathan G. Lee is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth).

Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, Dr. Lee specializes in General Orthopedics with an emphasis in injuries of the hip and knee, including Total Joint Replacement and sports-related injuries.

Dr. Lee received his undergraduate degree from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He attended medical school at Louisiana State University Health Science Center in Shreveport, Louisiana, where he also completed his internship and residency. Dr. Lee went on to complete a fellowship in Total Joint Replacement and Sports Medicine at Center of Hip and Knee Surgery in Mooresville, Indiana.

Dr. Lee is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons.
