Project ECHO CPPCP: Assessing and Addressing Developmental Disorders

In this four session module, our team will review screening tools and processes, providing care to patients, referral and management impacts to treatment planning, and resources available to help care for patients. Participants can attend all sessions, or just selected sessions. Specific session information and dates are listed below. All sessions are 12pm – 1pm.
