Medical School Teaching Competition set for Dec. 6

The Academic Medicine Student Organization and the Medical Student Research Office are excited to announce the 2nd Annual McGovern Medical School Teaching Competition at noon, Dec. 6 in MSB 3.001. Students will be giving 5-minute talks on the topics of their choice. Meals will be provided for the first 75 attendees.

School of Dentistry Blood Drive

The Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center’s donor coach will conduct a blood drive from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5, in front of the School of Dentistry. Donors must be at least 17 years old and present valid ID. Appointments are strongly encouraged and may be made online.
