In memoriam: Dr. Kenneth Krajewski

Dr. Krajewski Kenneth J. Krajewski, M.D., associate professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and chief of substance abuse and special services at Harris County Psychiatric Center (UTHealth HCPC) died May 24, 2017, after battling a prolonged illness. He was 67 years old.

Cryo-EM workshop

Dr. Neal Waxham, neurobiology and anatomy, will chair a collaborative workshop sponsored by the Medical School Research Committee on Cryo-Electron Microscopy 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. June 6 in MSB 2.135. All UTHealth investigators invited.


The 8th annual Otorhinolaryngology Frontiers scientific forum, a CME-accredited sponsored event offered by the Department of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery will take place Saturday, June 17, in the Fayez S. Sarofim Research Building of the Brown Foundation Institute for Molecular Medicine. All physicians, residents, students, and other health care providers interested in the treatment of disease and conditions of the ears, nose and throat and related structures are invited to attend at no cost.
