Executive Subcommittee - As a Subcommittee of GMEC carries out delegated GMEC responsibilities between scheduled meetings, including the review and approval of policies, programs, and other required actions.
- Reviews/approves new items received after the monthly QASC meeting

NOTE: Program Requests and/or changes submitted after the 7th will be reviewed by the Executive Subcommittee the following month and added to the next GMEC agenda.
If the Executive Subcommittee deadline is missed, requests may be submitted to QASC for review at its next meeting.

House Staff Executive Council (HSEC)- Led by an elected Executive Council, collaborates with hospitals and GME Office on issues such as benefits, duty hours, and patient care
- Representative body for all McGovern residents and fellows to address trainee concerns and support overall well-being
- Provides insight into hospital policies, trainee policies, and collaboration across residency/fellowship programs
- Provides forum for communication, advocacy, and quality-of-life concerns

House Staff Senate (HSS)- Departmental representatives (senators) advocate for trainee well-being and raise peer concerns
- Participate in policy discussions and serve on hospital committees to represent resident/fellow voices

Program Administrators Council (PAC)- Provides collaborative forum for program administrators (coordinators/managers)
- Shares resources, best practices, and ensures communication with the GME Office
Quarterly
PAC Advisory Group (AG)- Leadership subset of PAC
- Leads initiatives in accreditation, mentorship, professional development, wellness, and best practices
- Members serve as liaisons between GME Office and program administrators to ensure communication and follow-through
