Dr. Stephen Simonich is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston.
Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, Dr. Simonich specializes in Sports Medicine with an emphasis on surgery of the shoulder and knee.
Dr. Simonich received his undergraduate degree from The University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Indiana. He attended medical school at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Following residency at The University of Florida Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. Dr. Simonich completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine at the Southern California Orthopedic Institute in Van Nuys, California.
Dr. Simonich is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the Texas Orthopedic Association.
