Biography

Misha N. Granado obtained an MPH in Behavioral Health, a MS in Community Psychology from Florida A&M University, and is a Fulbright Fellow (Barbados, 2007-2008). Misha has been with Emergency Medicine since 2010 and in her role as Senior Program Manager, she provides daily oversight and coordination of Emergency Medicine research portfolio managed by a diverse team of study coordinators and research nurses; ensuring research initiatives are efficiently executed and contribute to the advancements in emergency medical care. Misha’s focus is on streamlining research processes ensuring compliance at multiple levels without disrupting clinical care.  Additionally, Misha facilitates study management and professional development training for study coordinators, serves as Chair, Emergency Medicine Development and Advancement Pathway to Promotion Committee and implemented the TEMRC Research Feasibility Committee. Misha has over 20 peer-reviewed manuscripts in diverse areas of public health that include sexual health, breast cancer screening and women’s health
