How to contact us?
What should you expect when you call Texas TIPS?
Specially trained genetic counselors will answer your call. In order to provide you with the most appropriate information, you will be asked several questions regarding your current pregnancy and the exposure(s) in question e.g. name, type, amount and duration of exposure. The counselors will then research and gather information regarding the exposure and call you back the same day to discuss the information found.
Calls will be answered Monday through Friday during normal business hours. In the evenings and on weekends, calls will be directed to voicemail where you can leave your number and a message about your concern. Your call will be returned on the next business day.
