Biography

Dr. Eric A. Jones is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatric Surgery at McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston). He received his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle and graduated with honors. He completed his urologic surgery training at the renowned Clark Urology Center at David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. His pediatric urology fellowship training was completed at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He is a graduate of the Clinical Scientist Training Program.

Dr. Jones is board certified in urology and pediatric urology. After his academic term at Baylor College of Medicine, he has been in practice since 2003.

He remains an active member of the urologic surgery programs at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston), and Houston Methodist Hospital. He has authored many chapters related to urology and is credited in numerous publications.
