Kevin Lally, MD, MS, FACS
Executive Director

Dr. Lally is the A.G. McNeese Chair, Richard J. Andrassy Distinguished University Chair, Professor and Chairman of the Department of Pediatric Surgery. He is Surgeon-in-Chief of the Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital. He is the Executive Director of the PSQC.

Ms. Terry Fisher, MPH, PMP

Terry Fisher is the PSQC program manager. Ms. Fisher holds a MPH from Chapel Hill and has worked in hospital administration, operations and research for over 10 years. She will support the operational and implementation functions of the PSQC.
