Something special about training at UTHealth Houston

I really love that we have so many faculty members that are interested in teaching and genuinely care about training the residents. It’s nice to learn from so many different attendings to see how each one does something a little bit different. I also really love all the other residents. Everyone likes to work hard and have fun. Houston is hard to beat in terms of cities to live in as well. The food is amazing and it’s a laid-back city with lots to do.

My typical weekend

Going to pilates, roaming around The Guild Shop for a new vintage find, getting happy hour or trying a new restaurant with friends and spending time with my fiancé and our dog.
