Overview

The clinical activities in the Department of Dermatology are comprehensive and diverse. Common as well as rare and challenging cutaneous conditions are seen in a diverse patient population. A number of our facilities offer excellent patient care. Outpatient services occur mainly in the departmental clinic at the Bellaire Station and at MD Anderson Cancer Center (MDACC). Underserved patients are cared for at the Lyndon Baines Johnson Hospital, Quentin Mease Hospital, Thomas Street Clinic, and the San Jose Clinic. Inpatient services provide invaluable dermatologic care and occur at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center.
