Research Assistant
Assist in the construction/design of DNA constructs using molecular biology techniques to express fluorescent protein fusions and CRISPR genome editing in lymphocytes and other cellular models. Training will be available in flow cytometry, protein purification, and microscopy. The applicant should be motivated, have excellent organizational skills, the ability to work well with people and be interested in carrying out an independent research project while supporting general lab operations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biology or other relevant fields. Lab experience preferred.
