How To Report Spam, Phish, and Other Suspicious Emails

If you encounter spam, phishing attempts, or other suspicious looking emails while using Outlook – either the desktop version or web version – do either of the following:

In the Outlook Desktop App

Click on the REPORT PHISHING button in the right corner of the Outlook ribbon.

In the Webmail Browser Version of Outlook

1. Click on the JUNK menu item in the top menu, then
2. Select the PHISHING option.
