Beginning Dec. 1, 2025, McGovern Medical School will introduce an updated communications structure that reflects UTHealth Houston’s unified approach to strategic messaging and service delivery. This evolution builds on a strong foundation of excellence and is designed to streamline workflow, enhance collaboration, and continue providing high-quality communications support across the school.
Under the new model, services such as headshot photography, video and multimedia production, graphic design, and web support will remain available — now at no cost to departments. Poster printing and passport photo services will be provided by external vendors, offering the same trusted quality at significantly reduced prices.
