Student Education Outreach Committee
The Student Educational Outreach Committee (SEOC) is a student-led organization that connects current medical students with local high schools. Its primary goal is to foster mentorship, expand educational opportunities, and encourage students from a wide range of backgrounds—including those who may have had limited exposure to healthcare careers—to explore careers in healthcare and the allied sciences. There are currently two programs that the SEOC operates: the Healthcare Exploration and Learning (HEAL) program and the Emerging Health Professions (EHP) program.
