ASG Poster Print Services
ASG supported department faculty, researchers and students have poster print services available.
As with other ASG services, all poster print requests can be made via the ServiceNow Ticketing system (external link). IMM members have the option to complete the IMM Poster Printing Request (external link) form and attach the form to the ServiceNow ticket request. Or you may send the print request to the manager listed below. MMS departments should complete the ServiceNow ticket request or contact the print manager show below.
A common question is ‘what size’ can we print? One maximum dimension cannot exceed 42″. A 4:3 aspect ratio poster will scale up to a maximum of 56″ wide by 42″ high, while a 48″ wide print will scale to 36″ in height. Please keep this in mind when designing your poster.

The Brown Foundation Institute of Molecular Medicine (IMM) print services are managed by Bonnie Martinez or Aleksey Domozhirov.
The printer used at IMM is an HP DesignJet 5400. Posters are printed on HP glossy instant dry photo-quality paper.
Departments at McGovern Medical School (MMS) can contact John Concha.
The printer used at MMS is an HP DesignJet Z9 42″ printer. Posters are printed on HP Satin Photo paper.
