Vanessa Floyd, 51, died Sunday, Nov. 29, 2020, following a battle with esophageal cancer. Vanessa served as director of management operations for the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology for more than 5 years, overseeing all financial and administrative operations of the department.
