Biography

Jessica Kolesar graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012. She worked as a Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse in a pulmonary step-down unit, cardiovascular ICU, and medical ICU before returning to graduate school. Jessica received her Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2018.  After graduation, she worked with a Pulmonary Critical Care service in a medical ICU as an Acute Care Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner.  In 2020, Jessica joined the Advanced Heart Failure team at Memorial Hermann TMC, helping to manage and treat patients with a wide array of cardiovascular and medical conditions.  In her free time, Jessica enjoys reading, running, and traveling with her husband.
