My (or my resident’s) Duty Hours are locked and I (they) cannot finish logging my (their) Duty Hours for the month. Can you unlock them?

• No, we cannot unlock DH once they have been locked. If it is two weeks of time or less that need to be logged, the Duty Hour Change Request form can be completed for GME to log those hours. This form can be accessed in New Innovations (More=>Resources=>Duty Hour-Work Hour Files and ! RESIDENT DH Log Change Template) by the Program Coordinator.

• No, we cannot unlock DH once they have been locked. If it is an obvious logging error then the Duty Hour Log Change Request form can be completed for GME to change those hours. However, GME does not change DH to eliminate DH Violations. The form can be accessed in New Innovations (More=>Resources=>Duty Hour-Work Hour Files and ! RESIDENT DH Log Change Template) by the Program Coordinator.
