Services
Protein Production and Characterization
- Produce gram quantities of antibodies and other proteins as needed for pharmacokinetic and toxicology studies
- Characterize the proteins in detail, including purity, aggregation, and post-translational modification
- Remove endotoxin for in vivo studies
- Generate high-expressing stable cell lines with CHO cells
Pharmacokinetic and Toxicology Study in Two Species
- Determine pharmacokinetic parameters of drug candidates in rats and rhesus monkeys
- Determine safety and potential toxicity of drug candidates in rats and rhesus monkeys with single and/or repeat dosing
- Assess safety and potential toxicity by complete blood analysis and histopathology examination of major organs
Imaging and Biodistribution in Tumor Models
- Label drug candidates with radionuclides used for positron emission tomography (PET) or single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT)
- Perform whole-body imaging at up to 7 days post-injection to determine uptake levels of the labeled drug candidates in on-target and off-target tissues
