• Produce gram quantities of antibodies and other proteins as needed for pharmacokinetic and toxicology studies
• Characterize the proteins in detail, including purity, aggregation, and post-translational modification
• Remove endotoxin for in vivo studies
• Generate high-expressing stable cell lines with CHO cells

Pharmacokinetic and Toxicology Study in Two Species

• Determine pharmacokinetic parameters of drug candidates in rats and rhesus monkeys
• Determine safety and potential toxicity of drug candidates in rats and rhesus monkeys with single and/or repeat dosing
• Assess safety and potential toxicity by complete blood analysis and histopathology examination of major organs
