AI Chat bot on the UXS website

Challenge:

•Search capabilities for our current UXS site visitors are limited. We aim to streamline the experience to deliver prompt answers or perform actions on behalf of users

Solution:

•Implement an LLM-based chatbot that has been trained using data from the website, and subsequently create cloud workflows to automate various tasks.
