To maintain compliance, medical devices that store records beyond a specified threshold must be erased according to a predetermined schedule.

Solution:

An app that tracks devices by identifiable info, assigns personnel responsible for erasing records related to these devices, on predetermined time intervals, then assigned personnel get a reminder email if tasks were not marked in the app as completed.
