Willed Body Program

Challenge:

The Willed Body Program requested a new database to help process the deceased which are enrolled in the Willed Body Program. File maker pro software was too expensive to maintain and had issues that disturbed the workflow process. It was determined that it was too much to manage and keep up to date. So, the IT team was asked to create a new application to help reduce costs and improve functionality.

Solution:

The IT department created a workflow utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform to help the Willed Body Program department capture and process all of the donor information. This included multiple categories to be created and tabs for different job responsibilities. We migrated all the data possible from filemaker into the new database. New forms were created for the family members to sign off using DocuSign. Automation of email and receipts was generated and provided to all responsible parties.
