The UTHealth Houston Neurosciences-Headache & Pain Center is on the 20th floor of the Memorial Hermann Medical Plaza, in suite 2010. Elevators are located on the first floor. The building is located at 6400 Fannin St., on the corner of Fannin and Cambridge streets, in Houston’s Texas Medical Center. The offices are easily accessible from Houston’s Loop 610 and highways 288 and 59.
