Patient Portals
If you’ve already scheduled your first appointment, you should have received an invitation to join MyUTHealth. This patient portal will help our clinicians and staff provide you with the best care possible, and allow you to send secure questions or updates to us.
If you did not receive an activation code, you can also sign up online here. You can then match yourself with our records or verify identity with a third party. After successful verification, you can create your own username and password.
Our Team
Our group includes nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical assistants, and many others who will help with your care. You will likely see multiple caregivers, and we know that you will enjoy working with everyone here.
At some clinics in our group, we may also have a resident or medical student present for patient visits. This is a part of our educational program at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth, and is important to our mission of training the neuroscience specialists of the future. Please keep in mind that the involvement of trainees can enhance patient care, and it helps the teacher remain up to date.
