Meredith Mackenzie Hill Au.D., a board certified audiologist, joined UT Physicians Department of Otorhinolaryngology in the summer of 2012 after receiving her clinical doctoral degree in Audiology from Texas Tech University Health Sciences University. She fell in love with audiology after completing the introductory course in her undergraduate program and has never looked back. Dr. Hill completed her 4th year residency serving our nations veterans at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in Dallas and in her hometown, Fort Worth. While it is hard to narrow down her clinical interests, she most enjoys adult and pediatric amplification and education, tinnitus retraining therapy, and interventional audiology. It is an exciting time in regards to technological advances in traditional and implantable amplification devices for individuals of all ages. Working in the heart of the world renowned medical center, Dr. Hill sees a multitude of audiological and vestibular cases in individuals from all walks of life and loves reconnecting those with hearing loss to the world around them.
Nancy Caryn McLellan, AU.D, PASC is a board certified Audiologist in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology. Dr. McLellan is a Texas native receiving her undergraduate degree with the highest distinction at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She obtained her Au. D. from the University of Texas at Dallas and completed her 4th year residency at Baylor Scott and White Hospital. Dr. McLellan also holds a Specialty Certification in Pediatric Audiology by the American Board of Audiology. She is one of only 8 audiologists in Texas to have a Specialty Certification in Pediatrics. In addition she also holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology. Dr. McLellan is a member of American Academy of Audiology and American Speech Language and Hearing Association.
Kimberly Miller, AuD is a Board Certified Audiologist in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology. After completing her undergraduate degree with honors Dr. Miller obtained her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of North Texas, and completed her 4th year residency at Charlotte Eye, Ear, Nose and Throat Associates in North Carolina. She is certified by the American Speech Language and Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Her clinical practice focuses on diagnostic hearing evaluations for pediatrics and adults as well as the evaluation and fitting of hearing aids or other means of amplification. Her special clinic interests include evaluating candidacy of, fitting, and managing cochlear implants and osseointegrated devices.
Taylor Remick, AU.D, is a board certified Audiologist in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology. Dr. Remick comes to us from Ohio. After completing her undergraduate degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences, she obtained her Doctorate in Audiology from Purdue University, then completed her 4th year residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Dr. Remick holds memberships in both American Academy of Audiology and American Speech Language and Hearing Association as well as Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology.
