IMPACT Program *NEW*

The IMPACT Program (Inspiring Medicine, Professionalism, and Community Transformation) is a five-day immersive experience designed for high school students who are passionate about healthcare and eager to explore the path to medicine. Hosted at UTHealth McGovern Medical School, the program combines hands-on learning, physician-led sessions, medical simulation, and professional development to provide an authentic introduction to the medical profession. Students earn BLS certification, engage with physicians across multiple specialties, connect with medical student mentors, and develop essential communication and leadership skills. Through meaningful experiences and mentorship, IMPACT empowers the next generation of healthcare leaders to explore medicine with confidence, curiosity, and purpose. Registration is $1,200 per student.
