Robyn Richmond, MD

Biography

Dr. Richmond is a Professor of Surgery at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston in the Division of Acute Care Surgery. She also serves as the Burn Medical Director of the John S. Dunn Burn Center at Memorial Hermann Hospital. She is passionate about the care of the burn patient, improving outcomes through quality improvement, research, and evidence-based care in a highly specialized multidisciplinary team.

A Louisianian by birth (Geaux Tigers!), she considers Texas her adopted state after living here for the past 9 years. She enjoys spending time with her family, all of their animals, being outside, and eating all the good food her husband makes.
